The snow and frigid temps have chilled me to the bone! I don't usually complain about the cold weather but waking up to a frosty front glass door makes me think about one of my favorite movies, The Day After Tomorrow. The part when they are running back into the library from the ship outside and everything is freezing behind them.....scary! You just scream, RUN RUN RUN!! LOL
Here's my door this morning! It was iced over!
Then we have the frozen ground.....everything outside reminds me of how I feel "inside" right now. I need some SPRING right now, literally and figuratively. I long to get outside and spend time in the garden with God like I did last year.

ReplyDeleteI'm just glad that's not the main door! We would be frozen. It's like a screen door, only glass. I actually hate it cause you can't open up a screen on cool days and let the breeze in. LOL

ReplyDeleteChelle, this is pretty mild right now and VERY common actually. We will probably get a BIG snow storm in the next month or so but it never lasts long and snow doesn't stay on the ground here for long. Seems like it comes sometime in February.
ReplyDeleteIce is what we get more of (than snow). I hate that! Our temps do get pretty cold, but it fluctuates so much that any Winter precipitation we gets usually melts off in a few days, then it freezes again later.
