Project 365- Day 14, January 14, 2011

I think I have the answer!  Eve couldn't help but eat the apple that God put on that tree, because I think they must've been Pink Lady apples!   I've been blaming her my whole life for all the woes of the world, but I know she couldn't help herself  :)  Seriously, the PERFECT apple.  Just enough sweet and just enough tart.  I could eat 10 a day, no joke.  My family and I have eaten approximately 50 POUNDS of these apples in the last month.  When God gives me my beautiful country home, I'm planting a whole orchard of these!  

So here, ladies and gentlemen, the star of today's blog......the Pink Lady apple.  *sigh*  What a delight to my senses, especially my taste buds! 

And......I always cut them just like my Grandma Franklin used to cut them when I was little.  I hate eating apples whole.  I must cut them like this. :)
